Return or Exchange Policy


  • We do not accept the return of the following products: Whipped Body Butter, Lip Balm, Soothing Foot Cream, Cracked Hand Salve, Lotion Bars, Bath Bombs, any other bath or body product or consumable item. If you receive one of the above products and it is defective, please contact customer service at freshairfarms@outlook.com 
  • We will accept returns on all other items and provide a store credit minus a 10% restocking fee. 
  • All returned items must be in the original packaging and must be unused.
  • You are responsible for return shipping charges.
